some pics. of our livestock, including our
percentage and full blood Boer goat family.


We
are currently offering a "full blood"
traditional marked buck (DOB 3-14-09) shown
above, as a week old triplet and below his
Sire and Grand-Sire's pictures at
various stages of youth. He also carries the
spotted gene and he will make you some great
show and or 4-H kids!
He has
also been disbudded for
easy management.
His
Sire and Grand-Sire, on his Dam's side, are
also featured below.
He has a very nice pedigree which also
includes , "Ennobled" RRD Ruger
and
the famous "Makers Mark", featured
here.

So.
African Boer Goats (Boer, meaning
"Farm/ Farmer" in the native language) are
sometimes used, commercially, for their meat
and or milk, including other dairy products.
Our little
Pembroke Welsh Corgi,
Potter
Farm's Gettin your Goat, "Giggles", is
also included in these goat galleries, shown thinking about her
future in moving our livestock from one grazing area to the next.
Yep...she's
thinking real hard about that.

Kunes" pig, "IDA".

We have
recently added some new and exotic "Painted
Desert sheep".

These
colorful Hair Sheep are very hardy and also do
not have to be sheered as they shed out
naturally every year.
They are
also used by some for their meat
(specifically, Lamb and sausage) and the Rams
for their prized Trophy Horns.
